This month, Pattie is making easy low carb Fall inspired salad and treat.

Pattie's note: add 1-2 boiled eggs or 3 oz. of protein of your choice to the salad if eating it as a main dish.


Add-on recipe: Baked Acorn Squash

- Cut, take out the seeds, slice then bake acorn squash in single layer at 400 F for 8-10 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 8-10 min until golden brown.

- Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the Apple broccoli Salad dressing over the baked squash and enjoy!
