This month, we will be making  3 quick and healthy Fall inspired meals. We use seasonal ingredients that are peak in flavors and packed with nutrients.

Pattie's notes:

  • Substitute shaved broccoli stems or shred cabbage for shaved Brussels sprouts.

  • Use half and half if you can't find cooking coconut milk in pumpkin soup recipe.

  • I used Gram Masala curry instead of curry powder in pumpkin soup recipe.

  • Substitute other kind of vinegar for apple cider vinegar (use unfiltered vinegar or "with the Mothers" for probiotic boost.
