Pattie's notes:

For High Protein Rice mix* I used these ingredients in the ratio 1 to 1: brown rice, wild rice, rainbow quinoa, brown lentils and pearl barley. I also used the High Protein Rice in the Wild Rice and Kale Salad instead just wild rice alone.
