Pattie's notes: Feel free to substitute and explore the use of different kinds of protein, seasonings and herbs in these recipes for example:

  • I used low sodium Tamari sauce or low sodium soy sauce instead of no sugar added barbeque sauce when I seasoned the chicken in Rustic Stuffed Potatoes recipe. I also used smoked paprika instead of cayenne pepper for unspicy option. Additionally, I substituted plain Greek yogurt for sour cream for more protein.

  • In Crunchy Cucumber -Dill Salad, I substituted cilantro (or you can use other herb such as parsley and mint) for dill. Fee free to add more other seasoning to this recipe--to make it your own version.
