Pattie's notes: warp each spring roll with wax paper or plastic warp individually before storing in refrigerator to prevent the spring rolls to stick to each other.
You can also store your mini quiches in a tight-seal container or a Ziplock bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer up to a month. Just thaw them and heat them up in microwave for a minute then enjoy!
